The latest version of your WebFone software can be downloaded from the WebFone Software link. For details on installing this software, please follow the instructions listed below

Installing WebFone software - Click download button to start download, - A File Download dialog window appear, select "Open", - Follow the download instruction to complete the download and installation, If you installed the WebFone software successfully, The Webfone icon should now be added on your desktop, - Plug your WebFone into USB port of your computer, make sure your computer is ONLINE. Your WebFone power button should be lighting up. If you try to login before you are connected to the internet you will get the following message: "Please Check Server Address. Click "Edit" button to edit". Click on OK, connect to the internet and Login again. - Double click the WebFone icon on your desktop, and the Login Window will pop up, - Once activated you will see a screen with "User ID",  "Password" and "IP Phone Num:" use the information provided to you by your dealer to set up your WebFone Screen, - Enter your "User ID", - Enter your "Password", - Enter your "IP Phone Number", - Click the save your password box so next time you do not have to input this information again, - Click OK or "Check", - Your "WebFone Screen" should read "Log-In Succcessful", and when you pick up your WF you should hear dial tone from your WebFone.
